Refund policy

Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customers are required to package the item adequately to avoid damage in transit. The customer is to cover the postage expenses associated with the returned product unless the item is faulty, in which case Bush Art Australia will bear the cost.

It is recommended to use a trackable postage service or shipping insurance.  We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and arrange a refund. 

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for another item, email us at realleafjewelleryaustralia@gmail.com
